These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of roomsing.com and guests.roomsing.com (the “Service”) operated by PT GOR INDO INVEST with GOR INVEST acting as sublicensor. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
— The Service provides an online booking and hospitality management platform.
— guests.roomsing.com is used for secure guest login and verification.
2. User Accounts
— Users must provide accurate and truthful information.
— Login credentials must be kept confidential.
— Unauthorized use of another user’s account is prohibited.
3. Data Storage
— All user data is stored on secure servers in Latvia, operated by beget.com.
— Data is not transferred to other countries for processing.
— Data is deleted after verification by the system’s partner.
4. Intellectual Property
— All content, software, and trademarks of the Service are owned by PT GOR INDO INVEST or its licensors.
— GOR INVEST is sublicensor of certain system functionalities.
— Users may not copy, distribute, or modify the Service without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
— The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
— The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
— The Company is not liable for downtime caused by hosting providers, maintenance, or force majeure.
6. Governing Law
— This Agreement is governed by the laws of Indonesia.
— Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Indonesia.
7. Changes
— The Company may update these Terms from time to time.
— Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
